Your Role 
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join our well-established business support team supporting the Education Welfare service.  
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
With some supervision and direction, you will be expected to undertake a range of activities including the following (although please note it is not an exhaustive list):
 
• Working with inhouse case management systems 
• Receiving and processing documentation, data and information; handling and processing sensitive and confidential information; and keeping information safe
• Telephone call-handling and managing customer contact (including signposting and directing enquiries)
• Contribute to updating of the Offices ‘Operating Procedures’.
• Transactional activities, including cross-checking referrals and applications, data inputting and quality assurance
 
Training and support will be provided to the successful candidate
 
About You
 
You will have a commitment to providing a high standard of customer service, strong organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to be a quick learner, able to prioritise your own workload and work to tight deadlines. You should be computer literate and be proficient in working with standard office IT applications including MS Office. You will be expected to learn how to navigate in-house ICT systems to work with data and information.
