Stockport Continuing Education Service provides post 19 learning across the borough of Stockport in partnership with third sector services and organisations, libraries and children’s centres. The Service is creating a number of new posts to build on improvements achieved in recent years including in March this year being judged a ‘Good’ provider by Ofsted in all aspects of its work.

The successful post holders will ideally have experience of working in a post 19 setting; have achieved a high standard of teaching in one or more of the subjects listed up to level 2/3, and in family learning that they can evidence in their outcomes for learners. 

They will have experience of bringing and delivering creative and imaginative approaches to learners including the use of digital technologies to promote independence in learning.
