Salary: Scale 4 point range 18 – 21,  FTE Salary £18,870 - £20,541 Pro rata term time only

Fixed term for 2 years, part time 28.75 hours per week required from: September or ASAP.

 

The Governing Board  and Headteacher are seeking to appoint a committed new member of staff with experience of working with children with SEN and delivering intervention programmes.  The successful candidate will be required to work on a one to one basis and with small groups of children within a classroom setting.

 

We are a small, friendly and supportive Church of England Primary school. You will be joining a happy, hardworking and dedicated staff. We are looking for a strong team player who is passionate and motivated about children's learning and committed to the wider Christian ethos of the school.

 

The successful candidate will:

 

- be able to plan, assess progress and evaluate outcomes of nurture learning

 

- be able to deliver tailored intervention to vulnerable pupils

 

- support disadvantaged pupils in their learning and behaviour

 

- have the ability to inspire children and provide high quality learning experiences

 

- be an excellent practitioner with a desire to help children achieve

 

- have very high expectations of children’s attainment and behaviour

 

- have the ability to work positively with children, parents and other stakeholders
