We have a large visionary programme of capital developments across the borough covering our School, Leisure, Operational and Commercial portfolio, and we are leading the way in public sector innovation in advanced construction models. 

As a Quantity Surveyor - Design and Technical Services Manager, you will lead the commercial aspects of the design and technical services team on all aspects of a client led high quality service delivering value for money in design. You will work alongside and lead an internal team of Architects, Engineers, Building Surveyors and Project Managers, as well as leading a raft of externally commissioned consultant teams.

You will have a demonstrable track record and technical expertise in project management, procurement, cost planning, construction contract management, and delivery of commercially viable costed schemes across a range of typologies.  Furthermore, you will have a successful track record in delivery within major new build and refurbishment schemes. 

You will have strong partnership skills and be able to develop strong networks in order to ensure timely project delivery.
