Casual Residential Support Worker
Scale 5+2 SCP salary (£21,589 - £24,799 pro rata to hours worked)
Variable rota including sleep-ins, evening’s weekends and some bank holidays.
Children’s Residential Accommodation located in Offerton, Davenport & Stockport.
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and committed person to join our team caring for young people aged 8 to 18 with complex needs. You must have a child centred approach, working in partnership with young people, their families and colleagues from other settings.
Our continuing priorities for the future include involving young people in decision making and shaping of our service, improving their educational achievement and improving their confidence and self esteem through the use of positive engagement.
Applicants must be aged 22 or over.
We are looking for people with enthusiasm, commitment, and excellent communication skills.
The successful applicant’s appointment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment clearances including a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
