Autism Re-Integration Worker

15 hour post Monday to Friday from 8am until 11am

Job description

 

We have a fantastic new opportunity for three dynamic individuals to join the well-established Autism Team, part of Stockport Family.  You will work intensively with Young people with an ASC who are currently school refusing to re-integrate them back in to mainstream education. You will work collaboratively with the Autism Team to devise and implement strategies to support the young person and their families. 

 

 

You will be highly motivated to achieve the very best outcomes for children and their families.  You will be adept at finding creative ways to promote health and wellbeing and working in partnership to help young people achieve their potential.

You will be a well organised and motivated person who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. 

 

The team is based at Stopford House as part of Stockport Family.
