Senior Officers – Estate and Asset Management (Temporary for approximately 18 months)
Salary: £26,470 - £30,756 pa, subject to job evaluation
We are recruiting for a number of roles to provide technical and professional advice and support across a range of disciplines within the Estate and Asset Management Service.
You will be responsible for the efficient and effective provision of a wide range of project and programme management support functions which support the delivery of corporate priorities and objectives for all Council land and buildings including operational, investment and schools Estate.
You will need to be professionally qualified or have extensive experience in at least one of the following property disciplines: Estate/Asset Management, Valuation, Building Surveying, Facilities Management, Project/Programme Management, Building Surveying, Architecture, Quantity Surveying and/or Construction/Design Management.
