We are recruiting for the role of Complaints Service Support Officer to work alongside a team of officers within the newly established Complaints Service, which is responsible for handling statutory Adults and Children’s Social Care Complaints, Corporate Complaints, Schools Complaints and Ombudsman Complaints.

 

The post offers the opportunity of joining a successful and highly regarded service area and contribute to shaping the transformation of a centralised complaints team. 

 

You should ideally have experience of undertaking a variety of administrative tasks, including scanning, photocopying and printing. You should also be IT literate as you will be using a variety of software packages and possess good customer service skills, as you will be dealing with calls and correspondence from members of the public, as well as colleagues across the council.  

 

If you possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, can work as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative and have the ability to manage a varying workload, we would like to hear from you.
