The Quality Improvement Officer for Mental Health is an exciting new post. The post holder will work in collaboration with the Contracts and Commissioning Manager for Mental Health. The post holder will work directly with statutory teams, providers of services, service users, carers and their representatives with regard to contract compliance, quality standards, service development and improvement. An understanding of quality within care provision is required to ensure individuals receive care which meets their assessed need and which maintains their dignity and respect.
