REaCH is a short-term service providing care to Stockport residents aged 18 years and over. REaCH provides a variety of services including Reablement, Active Recovery, End of Life, and Night services.  

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join the REACH Team as a service facilitator. As service facilitator, you will be working as part of a team undertaking day to day organisational and administration duties. You will work alongside a variety of colleagues at all levels helping to contribute to the daily smooth running of the service.  

We are looking for an individual that has:

A pro-active, flexible approach and is able to use their initiative.

A high level of organisational skills, and the ability to respond appropriately to telephone and emails enquiries from internal and external stakeholders. 

An excellent standard of ICT skills and willingness to learn new systems. 

Ability to take responsibility for monitoring, maintaining, updating, and recording of data.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

The successful applicant’s appointment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment clearances including a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
