SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER REQUIRED FROM 1ST SEPTEMBER 2020
Salary Grade: SO1 (26,999 - 31,371) Pro rata
Working Pattern: Term time only
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

High Lane Primary School is a small, welcoming primary school judged by OFSTED to be a good school at last inspection in March 2018.

The Headteacher and Governors of High Lane Primary School are seeking to appoint a dedicated, highly skilled, motivated and enthusiastic School Business Manager to join our happy, dynamic and successful school.

This role will suit a strong candidate who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a ‘can-do’ attitude, is highly organised and has the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will provide the vision, knowledge and expertise in all aspects of school business management and will have prior school business management experience. They will ensure that school finances and resources are well managed to enable the school to effectively deliver high standards of learning and achievement.

The successful candidate will

• have school business management experience
• have sound experience of financial management and budgetary planning and control
• have experience of human resources management
• have an excellent working knowledge of ICT systems and SIMS software
• be able to use own initiative to meet challenges, responding flexibly and sensitively
• be able to work effectively as part of a team
• be friendly and approachable
