Team Leader MOSAIC

 

 

MOSAIC Young Peoples Drug & Alcohol Service is a specialist multi-disciplinary service offering substance misuse treatment, recovery and family interventions for children and young people up to aged 25 years and their families. 

 

 

MOSAIC is seeking to recruit a full time experienced Team Leader.  The post holder will be responsible for the management and supervision of a multi-disciplinary team.  You will be responsible for service delivery and development in conjunction with the Operational Lead, ensuring that all clients consistently receive high quality services that adhere to the best practice guidelines and achieve high professional standards.

 

 

You will have experience of formally managing/supervising front line staff within a specialist drug and alcohol service and possess a recognised professional qualification or have a relevant degree and demonstrable experience of a clinical or professional role in a drug and alcohol service.

 

 

The successful applicant's appointment will be subject to satisfactory clearance by the Criminal Records Bureau.
