Prospect Vale Primary School seek to appoint an excellent School Administration Assistant to join our busy school office team to provide efficient and effective financial, administrative and clerical support. The successful candidate will be a flexible, hardworking professional who is prepared to deal with the variety challenges that arise during an exciting school day!
The position is to cover maternity until 31st October 2018. The hours are 22.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
We are looking for someone who has:
~ excellent organisational skills
~ proficient ICT skills
~ good communication skills
~ SIMS & FMS (Schools Information Management Systems) experience is desirable but not essential
~ the ability to work as part of a team or independently
Confidentiality and safeguarding are of paramount importance to the school environment. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check for the successful candidate.
