Senior PA to Chief Officer

Contract type: Permanent; Full time, 37 hours week, flexible working

Salary: SO1 £26,999 - £31,371

 

A vacancy has become available for a Personal Assistant to the Borough Treasurer.  The Borough Treasurer is a Chief Officer and a Member of the Council’s Corporate Leadership Team. The post will provide comprehensive and confidential personal support and will be the first point of contact for anyone wishing to see or speak to the Borough Treasurer including councillors, internal and external senior officers and members of the public

 

You will possess excellent communication, organisational, keyboard and Microsoft Office skills and take a flexible approach to your work. It is important that you are able to work on your own initiative, meet deadlines and possess effective negotiation skills within a team environment. A commitment to providing a high standard of customer service, strong administrative and interpersonal skills are also requirements of the role. You will work as part of a team and will therefore have the ability to build effective working relationships.
