Casual Sports Attendants required
One or two shifts available. The shifts being:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday Evenings 5:45pm-9:30pm and Sunday mornings 8:30am-1:30pm
Salary NJC scale 2 point 11, £8.82 per hour
We require a casual sports attendant to work at Marple Hall School Sports Hall, overseeing the customers using the sports facilities. The facilities being the Sports Hall, Astro turf, grass pitches and school gym.
The job entails the setting up and dismantling of sports equipment, taking money, cleaning, dealing with customers enquiries, first aid, taking bookings, answering the telephone and general security of the building unlocking and locking up.
Ideally the person should be 18 years or above, be first aid qualified (or willing to train), confident, good people skills and preferable an interest in sport. This job is working alone therefore ideal candidates will be required to be mature, responsible and be able to use their own initiative.
