Early Years Practitioner

Start Date: October 2018

Salary: Scale 3 Actual salary £12,152

Hours: 30 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Term Time Only

The nursery is open between the hours of 7.30am and 6.30pm (6.00pm on Friday).  A combination of early and late shifts will be required. Early shifts are from 7.30am and late shifts finish at 6.30pm (6.00pm on Fridays)

Candidates must hold a minimum of a full and relevant Level 2 or 3

As a result of our success, we are proud to have been selected to open five brand new schools, three of which will open in September 2018.

That is why we are looking for a Nursery Practitioner/Early Years Educator/Nursery Nurse who shares our values to join our friendly team at our nursery in Cheadle Hulme. We have an exciting opportunity within our primary school, offering early years’ education to children aged 3 and above within our nursery. Candidates do not have to have previous school experience.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide a caring and educational environment for all of our children with a warm and welcoming family atmosphere for parents and carers. As part of your role you will manage and help implement daily routines, ensuring children receive high quality care and education whilst adhering to Ofsted guidelines.

We recognise that our staff are our most valuable asset in ensuring that every child is a unique and happy child.

This is an important appointment as you will be part of a growing Multi Academy Trust with opportunities for development, training and progression.
