Scale 3 - £18,795 to £19,171
Contract Type – Permanent
Contract Hours – 37 hours per week 

Adoption Counts is a regional adoption agency hosted by Stockport Council, delivering adoption services within the districts of Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Trafford & Cheshire East. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the service to provide general business support to colleagues supporting children and families through adoption. To progress DBS and statutory reference checks on behalf of Adopter applications and support the planning of events and training.

The post will be based at: 
Etrop Court, 25 Rowlandsway, Wythenshawe M22 5RG

We are looking for an individual that has:
- A pro-active, flexible approach and is able to use their initiative.
- Good organisational skills, working to deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- A good standard of ICT skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint would be desirable.
