Registered Manager

 

 

Salary: MB4  £36,153 - £41,846

 

 

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager for an exciting opportunity of developing and managing a registered 5 bedded children's home for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the home, ensuring that the highest standards of care and support are achieved and maintained, to ensure the best possible outcomes for each individual young person in our care.

 

 

The registered manager has overall responsibility for the home, residents, staff teams, and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare practice are maintained within the overall delivery of service. This role will involve reviewing and monitoring the effectiveness of all systems, procedures and abilities of the staff members in order to meet the objectives within the Children Homes Regulation and Quality Standards 2015.
