KS2 Teacher –Maternity Leave Cover

Salary – MPS £24373-£35971

Hours – Full Time

Contract – Fixed Term

Start Date – 1st September 2020 – 12 months or until the post holder returns whichever is sooner

We are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher to support the continued learning journey of our good school. We are looking for someone who has a passion for teaching and an interest in developing whole school initiatives as we continue on our journey towards rebuilding relationships and learning, following these unprecedented times.  The successful candidate must be able to show that they:-

·         are familiar with Restorative Approaches to managing relationships

·         are an outstanding teacher who wants to make a difference and are able to recognise the uniqueness of each child and personalise their practice accordingly

·         are creative in planning for learning experiences that promote independence and resilience,
have a good understanding of the current curriculum and can plan, assess and moderate effectively

·         can deploy other staff to work effectively in order to ensure that all learners make good progress.

·         well behaved children who are enthusiastic learners
