The Headteacher and Governors of Lisburne School wish to appoint a dedicated, motivated and inspirational Associate Headteacher.
Lisburne is a primary special school for pupils with complex learning needs aged 4 – 11 years. The school is forward thinking, dynamic and supportive. The school was rated as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted (November 2016).
The school currently has one satellite provision and we are looking for an Associate Headteacher to lead a second, new satellite provision for EYFS / KS1 pupils.
The success candidate will:

• Be an innovative and professional practitioner able to develop outstanding teaching and learning throughout the school
• Be committed to collaborative working with parents, colleagues and other professional
• Be able to offer sensitive, timely and personalised support to families
• Have excellent interpersonal, organisational and management skills
• Be a confident leader, able to evaluate progress and to hold people to account
