Lead Business Analyst

 

 

SALARY – MB4 (£36,153 - £41,846)

CONTRACT TYPE – Temporary, 18 months

CONTRACT HOURS – Full Time, 37 hours per week

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing and leading on in-depth business analysis. They will mentor, manage and develop more junior analysts through line management, community of practices and training to provide a high quality business analysis support to the Council. Working with key stakeholders they will design and pull upon their engagement expertise to support and shape the council’s transformation ambitions.

 

About you

As a member of the Policy and Information Services team you will be enthusiastic about playing a key role in leading and shaping public service reform (including digital transformation).  Strong organisational, interpersonal and team building skills and a high level of accuracy will be required to undertake this role successfully. You will be proactive and keen to collaborate with others to shape future services. An experience or interest of working in an agile environment would be beneficial.
