Ladybrook is an outstanding primary school, offering a popular and well-resourced out of school club provision for our children. We are currently recruiting for additional playworkers to join the team.

The playworker role includes supervising the children, ensuring their safety at all times, engaging with them in aspects of play and conversation, planning and setting up activities for children to optionally take part in, meet and greet parents and provide them with feedback on their child’s time at the club. Hours of work will be 12 per week, working 4 afternoons between 3.00pm and 6.00pm.  Actual salary will be £4,675.56 - £4,781.13 per annum.

 

All candidates must

·         Be willing to learn!

·         Be honest, reliable, hardworking and most importantly willing to have fun and enjoy working with children.

·         Be available to work the hours as advertised.

·         Be available to attend regular training sessions.

·         Have a playwork qualification or be willing to work towards one as an employee

We can offer you:

  • Fully support in your role by our established team including school leadership.
  • Able to access relevant training

 

There may be additional opportunities beyond the contracted hours.
