Support Worker
Mental Health

Contract hours - Part time / 25 hours

 

The Community Mental Health Service provides support to individuals within the community experiencing difficulty relating to their mental health needs. The model of support embraces social inclusion and recovery and focuses upon enhancing people's lives to live independently.

 

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join an established and committed team of support workers.  The post is based within the Community Mental Health Team at Torkington Lodge Hazel Grove. You will be required to have experience and knowledge of working with people who have mental health issues, have experience of working in a multidisciplinary team and can demonstrate working within recovery orientated practice.

  

The team works Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

 

You will also be eligible for an essential car user allowance.
