Established in 2017 Stockport Events manage a portfolio of impressive Venues across Stockport, delivering a wide range of Events including but not limited to Weddings, Private Functions, Corporate Dining and Christmas Party Nights.  Our Venues are also popular locations for high profile filming for TV and Film.

Job Description
You will work at a variety of Venues including; Stockport Town Hall, Bramall Hall, Chadkirk Chapel and Fred Perry House and be part of a growing team delivering and overseeing Food and Beverage service at a wide range of Events that vary in size from small meetings to awards dinners and weddings for up to 500 people.  
You will be part of the team rota to work a 5 out of 7 working day week including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Working as part of the Stockport Events team you will be involved in the following:
Assisting the event coordinator in the operational delivery of Events encompassing all aspects across all Venues
Food and Beverage delivery at Events across all Venues. 
Overseeing event hospitality service to ensure client expectations are met.
Providing a high level of customer service
Supporting and training the food and beverage assistants.
Bar and cellar management at all Venues which includes but is not limited to; ordering bar stock, completing monthly bar stock takes, cleaning beer lines and cashing up tills at the end of the shift.
Weekly function sheet meetings with relevant departments to ensure the successful delivery of all events.
Safe evacuation of premises in the event of emergencies arising during a function.
First Aid provision
