Testing Support Officer
Scale 4 (£20,092 - £21,748 pro rata)
Full and Part time hours available, hours to be agreed with candidates, must be able to work on Saturday’s 
Temporary, until March 2022
Various sites across Stockport
 
A mass testing programme has been rolled out across Stockport and we are recruiting to temporary roles in our Covid-19 Response Teams. Testing sites have been set up across our communities to identify asymptomatic individuals to help stop the spread of Covid-19, save lives and enable our residents to return to normal life. 

 

The duties include - helping manage the site and supporting customers through the testing process. From queue management, to registration and supporting testing, conducting the processing and analysis of tests to ensure the process is conducted accurately and uploaded to the system.

 

Due to the working environment of this role, you will need to be comfortable with working outdoors. 
Do you have strong customer service skills and administration skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work individually and as part of a team? If so, we would love to hear from you.  

 

Full training will be provided. 
Interviews will be held via telephone or video call.
There may be a requirement to work some weekends and evenings.

 

If you are required to work in a school your appointment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment clearances including a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
