Pastoral Manager 

37 hours per week, term time only plus 3 weeks to be negotiated.

NJC Salary Scale 5 £20,661 to £22,658 pro rata (actual £18,702 to £20,857)

 

We require a Pastoral Manager to work with a Head of Year and our well-resourced Pastoral Team to support students’ learning by focusing on behaviour and attendance, seeking to work with parents and outside agencies to develop positive attitudes and approaches to achievement. The successful candidate will have commitment to young people and their development an understanding of the issues young people face and an ability to empathise with them whilst setting high expectations and clear boundaries.

Closing date for applications is Tuesday 12th December 2017. Shortlisted candidates will be notified within 24 hours.

Interviews will take place on Thursday 14th December 2017.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
